Aircraft Application

Basic application for physical damage and liability on aircraft or helicopters. This application only allows room for two aircraft. If there are more please include an attachment.

To be completed by each pilot operating the aircraft or helicopter and be submitted along with the aircraft application above.

If your client has operations on airport premises, such as a contractor doing work for airlines (example: cargo handling or de-icing) or working for the airport authority (example: runway/taxiway work, snow removal).  It can also be used for aircraft repair and service companies.

If your client owns or operates an airport where commercial airline traffic is present.

For owners or operators of smaller airports where there is no airline traffic.

For clients who own or operate a facility for helicopter take-offs and landings (most commonly hospitals).

If your client has an employee who operates his own (or rented) aircraft on company business, or charters professional flown aircraft to transport employees or guests.

For a client who manufactures, services, designs, or distributes any item used in the aerospace industry.
